Hatha Yoga is a classical form of yoga where we take a slower pace to investigate asana and breathing techniques, covering many of the basics and exploring sequences that allow us to delve deeper into more challenging asanas. Ideal for beginners, this class can also be modified for pregnant students.

Incorporating my Smooth-Flow and Fast-Flow Yoga classes, the Vinyasa Yoga style offers a continually moving practice, led by the breath and presenting a way to move mindfully, building strength and stamina. These classes are better suited to those with some yoga experience, but everyone is welcome.

Yin yoga is where we come to balance the frantic, fast-paced elements of our lives, offering a different way to challenge both the body and the mind: stillness. It is through extended stays in asana we explore both deep stretches and the quality of the breath to understand how it feels to be still – a rare occurrence these days!
